Shipping arrangement
Shipping times kick in when your item(s) have left our distribution centre. Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing, excluding weekends & public holidays, at our distribution centre before your order is shipped.
FREE standard shipping
We value our customers a lot, that's why we offer international free standard shipping. Please be advised that delivery will normally take around 7 business days after an order has been shipped. Expected delivery time will vary depending on the location where the item is shipped.
Secured shipping with tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. If you would like to track your order, you can visit our "Track My Order" page to get the latest information regarding your parcel.
Customs, duties and taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For customers who are located in countries where taxes are applied, customs will hold your order for clearance when your order has entered the destination country/region. The local authority will calculate the import duties and tax fees (if applicable). Our transport partner will then reach out to you when the order is at local Customs and will notify what you need to pay and how you can pay before the order can go pass customs.
